Most people looking for mobile homes for sale in Las Vegas start on a big national website and end up with twenty phone numbers, three of which still work. We do it differently. Open Door Mobile Homes is a licensed Nevada dealer (license #u5114), and our inventory is small on purpose, a handful of homes in good shape that we can stand behind and that you can actually walk through this week.

Alex has spent more than ten years in manufactured homes and the mobile home park business here in the valley. That means when you ask about a specific park on the east side, he probably knows the manager, the lot rent, and whether the water pressure is any good. That kind of local knowledge is the whole point of buying from a person instead of a portal.

What you'll find in our inventory

We carry single-wide, double-wide and occasional triple-wide homes, both new manufactured homes and clean pre-owned homes. Some are in mobile home parks, where you lease the lot; others are on owned or rented land, where you buy the home and the ground together or separately. Prices, square footage, bedrooms and bathrooms are listed on every home, and we don't hide the lot rent in a footnote.

If nothing on the site fits, that's not the end of the conversation. A good part of what we do is match people to homes that haven't been listed yet, or to a new build that can be ordered to your size and budget. Buying with cash or with financing help

Plenty of our buyers pay cash, and that's the simplest path: you see the home, we agree on a price, and we get the paperwork done. But not everyone has the full amount sitting in the bank, and that shouldn't shut the door. We'll walk you through the financing options we know about, manufactured home lenders, park-arranged financing, and seller terms where they're available, and tell you honestly which ones you're likely to qualify for.

We don't promise a rate we can't deliver. Terms vary by lender, by the home, and by whether it sits on land or in a park, so the honest answer is usually a phone call and a short conversation about your situation. That call costs nothing.

How to see a home

Pick the home you like, call or text Alex at (727) 580-4800, and we'll set a time, including evenings and weekends, since he's available around the clock. Walkthroughs are unhurried. Open the cabinets, run the water, check under the sinks, ask about the roof and the water heater. Bring whoever needs to see it.

If you're coming from out of state or can't get away from work, ask for a video walkthrough. It's not the same as standing in the room, but it will tell you whether the home is worth a trip.
