Alex has worked in manufactured housing and in the mobile home park business for more than a decade. That means he's seen the whole picture, not just the sales side: how parks screen applicants, why some homes can't be financed, where titles get tangled, what a roof really costs to replace, and which communities people stay in for twenty years.

It also means he can tell you things a national website never will. That a particular park's lot rent has been climbing, that a neighborhood floods in monsoon season, that a home looks good in photos but has a soft floor by the water heater. Nobody pays us to say those things. We say them because our name is on the door.

Buying a home is usually the biggest financial decision a family makes. It's also, too often, the one where people feel pushed. We don't do that. There's no pressure here, no follow-up calls until you cave, no pretending a home is something it isn't.
